Thieves steal thousands of pounds worth of jewellery in Telford burglary

The break happened in a house in Coalport Road Madeley time 2:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Thieves broke into the property by forcing a window. Extensive research has been completed and a letter of jewelry were stolen.

A Range Rover has also stolen the reader out of the house.

The stolen jewelry is extremely characteristic and police are hoping someone will have information as part of his whereabouts.

A spokesman for Telford police, said: "The burglars made a minute search of the house and stole around £ 20,000 worth of jewelry distinctive.Some of these items were in the victim's family for 100 years and other pieces were collected from a memorable vacation from different parts of the world.
