During a recent visit to the workshop Dior, I met Lili Nassar, plump, brown-skinned French with a shy smile that has been at Dior for 38 years. She came to Paris from Africa and studied at the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture, which produces the country's skilled seamstresses and tailors. She was only 21 when she joined the workshop, the designers work under Mark Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, and course Galliano. She survived at all.

Galliano when he arrived, he has had to adapt, not the studio. He did not sketch his ideas were fragments in his head.People like Nassar helped coax into reality.
