Ermex Incabloc PW - Antique Pocket Watch

I found this Ermex Incabloc pocket watch at an antique store in Long Beach CA. The price was pretty hard to pass up, as it was in great working condition, and the owner took an additional 20% off that day - what a deal!

My concern is, I don't know anything about it. I've researched on the net, but have been unable to find out much. Curious to know what era it might come from and anything else about the history of the PW and it's maker.
