Howard 14kt 17 Jewels Pocket Watch and Pocket Knife

This is a 1905 (estimated) 14k yellow gold pocket watch, 17 jewels, from the E. Howard Watch Company based in Massachusetts. It comes with an accompanying pocket knife but not the chain that would have joined the two together. Both pieces are monogrammed with the initials RC. The watch is clean with some moderate wear on the outer case, inside looks very clean and has been worked on. Inside the case are various numbers and letters: In the middle of the back case is “Guaranteed 14K 585 Fine The K.W.C.Co.” with the case number of “146084″. Around the edge of the inside case is “E. Howard Watch Co. Boston”. The watch movement carries the number “963746″. The accompanying pocket knife is in 10K yellow gold and shows more wear with a few small indentations but no scratches. This knife has a blade on one side and a hoof pick on the other. The blades are tarnished which is understandable considering its age. The watch weighs 83.7 grams and is just under 2″ in diameter. The pocket knife weighs 11.8 grams and is approximately 2.1/4″ in length. Will ship to addresses within the USA only and we recommend insurance on this item.
