The next series of Elgin Post 57 team American Legion baseball is largely a journey into the unknown - a long journey.
Message 57 must travel to the north-west of Freeport to Lena for the second division tournament, which starts at 2:00 p.m. today against a team with bunk Fulton Legion District 13 championship without really win this title.
It seems that the usual posturing and pushing the benefits that may occur in Legion ball has started, as Elgin faces an unknown team.
